Terms and Conditions

This section sets out the terms and conditions under which Easy Education Pty Ltd (ABN 15 628 472 391) (referred to in these terms and conditions as ‘Rocket Visa’, Easy Education’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’) will be providing services to you (the client) (referred to in these terms and conditions as ‘you’, ‘the client’, ‘client’, or ‘yourself’).

Rocket Visa is a company incorporated in New South Wales, Australia.

The principal registered migration agent of Rocket Visa is Shivendra Singh with Migration Agent Registration Number (MARN) 2117673.

All migration related work is regulated by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).

Our terms and conditions may change at any time. If you are a current member or current client of Rocket Visa, we will provide you with an email notice with a link to our new or our updated terms and conditions copy at least 14 days before these changes come into effect for you. If you are not a member or client of Rocket Visa, you can see our current terms and conditions at https://rocketvisa.com.au/terms. Your continued use of our services will represent an agreement by you to agree and be bound by the terms and conditions as updated and amended.

Before making any purchases of any products or services with us, it is your responsibility to consider whether our products or services are right for you and your situation.

Rocket Visa PR Pathway Membership terms and conditions (referred to as membership in these terms and conditions).

By signing up and paying for the Rocket Visa PR Membership, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions for the duration of your membership, and for the duration of the services that are provided to you by us.

Our membership is available in multiple tiers or multiple plans at different fees or price-points for each plan. All benefits listed below are included in our standard membership plan unless otherwise stated for each membership benefit. You can upgrade your membership tier at any time. This will begin a new 12 month commitment for the new membership tier you are upgrading to. You are not permitted to downgrade your membership tier to a lower tier at any time during the initial 12 month membership period. No pro-rata refunds will be provided for any overlap in your membership upgrade period or upgrade cycle if upgrading from a lower tier to a higher tier membership option. Note: upgrade means any membership tier that costs more than your current membership tier.

You must complete your payment for the Rocket Visa PR Membership within 24 hours of you submitting the membership registration form in order to become successfully become a member and our client. Not completing your payment within 24 hours after submitting the membership form will mean you may need to submit a new membership form again and complete your payment within the following 24 hours. It is our discretion whether we waive the need to submit a new membership form if payment has not been completed within the initial 24 hour period. Only submitting the membership form and not completing the payment will not entitle you to any services to be provided by Rocket Visa. Your membership fee will not be locked until you have completed the payment for your membership even after you have submitted the membership form and our membership fee and terms and conditions can change at any time.

This purchase is the purchase of a yearly membership that renews automatically month-to-month after the first 12 months where there is no direct service provided with any direct outcome, instead this purchase is a membership that will entitle you to certain benefits that you can use towards your Australian Permanent Residency (PR) process (referred to as PR process in these terms and conditions). These benefits that you will become entitled to as a result of the purchase of this membership may lead to further outcomes for your PR process. The benefits you will receive as part of the Rocket Visa PR Membership and their conditions are outlined below.

You agree that once you have made a payment for this membership you will not be entitled to any refunds to the maximum extent permitted by law on any of our membership options including but not limited to the yearly payment option and the monthly payment-plan options for the purchase of this membership.

If you are signing up for a yearly membership on a payment plan (as available on our website), you will need to make all the payments of the payment plan for you to be entitled to the full year of this membership. If for any reason you do not complete the payment plan in the time outlined on this website or in our communication to you, you will not be entitled to claim, or obtain, any benefits that you would otherwise have been entitled to with the successful completion of your payment plan. There will be no refunds for any full amount or partial amount paid for your payment plan in the event you do not complete your payment plan in the required time outlined in this website or in our communication to you. Your membership benefits will be suspended for the period your payments are overdue for and will resume once you have made all outstanding and overdue payments for your membership. You will still need to make any remaining payments for your membership within the minimum commitment period of 12 months for each membership option outlined in these terms and conditions. If you need extra time to complete your payment plan, you may send us a request by email to membership@rocketvisa.com.au and we will consider your request. There is no guarantee your request for extra time to complete your payment plan will be approved.

We make no warranties or guarantees about the successful outcome of any of our services or any of the benefits you will receive as part of this membership.

Any promotional discounts offered by us will only be valid for the period specified on the promotional discount on our website or any other communication by us via email, in our advertisements, or social media channels. Promotional discounts may be withdrawn by us at any time without notice. Promotional discounts cannot be extended for any reason unless we provide you with written communication informing you otherwise. Promotional discounts are not redeemable for cash. Promotional discounts may not be redeemed towards any other product or service that is not specified for the promotional discount offered by us.

Any early cancellations prior to the initial 12 month membership period will result in the full 100% remaining membership amount to be payable by you for each remaining month in the 12 month period at the rate of $99 per month for our standard membership and $129 per month for our plus membership.

You will receive a 30 day notice from us prior to any fee increases for our membership.

You are required to get your Skilled PR visa application service provided by us (subject to you receiving a skilled visa invitation) if you have accessed, obtained, or utilised any benefit as part of your membership at any time. This includes any Skilled Visas (including subclass 189, 190, or 491) or any other skilled visa which may be introduced in the future by the Australian Department of Home Affairs or the Australian Government.

Cancelling your membership after the initial 12 month period means you will not receive any benefit included in our membership and you will not receive any ongoing support from us. You will not be eligible for the 50% member discount benefit of this membership on certain visa applications (as outlined later in these terms and conditions). You will also not be eligible for our 100% money back guarantee (where applicable) if your membership has been cancelled. You are still required to get your skilled PR visa application done through rocket visa even if you receive a PR visa invitation after the initial 12 month period. If you have cancelled your membership after the initial 12-month period and you receive a PR visa invitation afterwards at any time, you will be required to pay our current membership rate for any months after the 12 month period until the visa invitation date (and an additional two months to work on your skilled visa application) to continue your membership and get access to the membership benefits including the 50% membership discount for certain visa applications. To continue to receive assistance along with department replies or submissions you are required to continue your membership until the department has made a decision on your visa application. Your membership will automatically end once the department has made a decision on your Skilled Visa application, unless you choose to continue your membership. You will still be required to complete your minimum membership period of 12 months and complete your payments for your membership within the initial 12 month period if there is a decision made on your Skilled Visa prior to the initial 12 month period being completed. If you end your membership or cancel your membership after your visa application has been submitted (for any visa), you will lose our 100% money back guarantee (where applicable) and we will be able to transfer your professional fee paid to us in our Clients’ account to our operating account and we will be able to use these funds immediately at our discretion. If your skilled visa has been granted, you will need to continue your membership to receive our citizenship review as part of our membership benefits or for us to assist with any state migration related enquiries after your state nominated skilled visa has been granted (each Australian state will typically ask for constant updates to ensure you are complying with the state nomination for any state nominated skilled visa).

This membership only applies to services provided by us. If you require services by any third party, you will need to agree to their terms and conditions and pay any relevant fees they have. You will need to pay any additional third-party fees required to allow you to proceed with the PR process, including but not limited to Australian State or Territory visa invitation fees, Expression of Interest fees, Department of Home Affairs Visa Application Fees, police check fees, medical checkup fees, biometric fees, document certification fees, document verification fees, or any other fees that may be required during this process. We will aim to inform you of these fees as per our process requirements and as we proceed with determining your eligibility. You will also need to pay our fees for each benefit where specified.

This membership will be only for you as the member signing up and this membership is non-transferable.

To provide you with our services we may need to share your information with third-parties. You consent to us sharing your information as required by us at our discretion to provide you with our services.

By signing up for our membership or obtaining any of our services you agree to allow us to use your image (photograph) and details, along with any videos you may film for us or with us as testimonials of the outcomes you receive as a part of the benefits of our membership or services you receive. We may use this information on our website, emails, social media, and including but not limited to all of our marketing materials to showcase you as our client having benefited from our membership or services.

Permanent Residency Pathway sessions (PR Pathway sessions)

PR Pathway sessions (also referred to as PR Pathway Mastery) are one-on-one personalised sessions you will get access to for us to understand your current Australian migration situation. Throughout these sessions we will aim to provide you with your options and guide you towards an Australian Permanent Residency (PR) pathway (referred to as PR Pathway in these terms and conditions) for you. For us, guiding you towards a PR pathway will be subject to your current visa situation, your current visa conditions, whether you have or have previously had any visa refusals, and how much time you have on your current visa if you are in Australia. Throughout these sessions, we will only be able to recommend options to you, and it will be entirely your decision. We cannot guarantee that you will be eligible for any PR pathway. You need to consider this for your personal situation before signing up to this membership. You will be given one 30-60 minute personalised one-on-one session by one of our registered migration agents to understand your situation and provide you with advice. After the first personalised session, you will be entitled to as many 15 minute personalised sessions as you need subject to you meeting the condition that you have followed the steps or instructions we have provided you during the previous personalised sessions you have had with us. All sessions are strictly online only and will generally be conducted over the Zoom application or another application of our choosing. We may also give you access to other software, tools, or platforms, for you to stay in touch with us and for us to keep updated with your current situation.

Work PR Pathway sessions (available for our plus membership plan only)

Work PR Pathway sessions are one-on-one personalised sessions you will get access to for us to understand your current Australian migration situation for a work-related visa pathway. Throughout these sessions we will aim to provide you with your options and guide you towards an Australian work related visa pathway or work related Permanent Residency (PR) pathway (referred to as Work PR Pathway in these terms and conditions) for you. For us, guiding you towards a work related visa pathway or work PR pathway will be subject to your current visa situation, your current visa conditions, whether you have or have previously had any visa refusals, and how much time you have on your current visa if you are in Australia (if applicable), and whether you meet or will be able to meet the required work visa pathway visa conditions. Throughout these sessions, we will only be able to recommend options to you, and it will be entirely your decision. We cannot guarantee that you will be eligible for any work PR pathway. You need to consider this for your personal situation before signing up to this membership. You will be given one 30-60 minute personalised one-on-one session by one of our registered migration agents to understand your situation and provide you with advice. After the first personalised session, you will be entitled to as many 15 minute personalised sessions as you need subject to you meeting the condition that you have followed the steps or instructions we have provided you during the previous personalised sessions you have had with us. Work Experience Unlocked

Work Experience Unlocked (also referred to as work experience letter review) will entitle you to the benefit of receiving a review of any work experience letters you may need to proceed with a PR pathway for the purpose of using towards your skills assessment, towards your visa invitation points claims, or your permanent skilled visa application benefits. As part of this benefit we will provide you with a work experience letter template, a guide of how this letter needs to be filled out by your workplace for you to claim work experience towards your PR pathway and Permanent Residency visa process (PR process), a list of approved occupational duties for any relevant occupations you have for your work history that may be used towards your PR process, and a complete review by us to check whether your work experience letter matches the skills assessment and PR process requirements.

Skills Assessment Sprint

This benefit will entitle you to receiving our assistance with as many skills assessment applications that you may be eligible for as determined by your work and education history and this will be determined during our PR Pathway sessions to determine the occupation(s) you may be eligible for. If you are eligible for more than one skills assessment (as determined by us), there is no additional fee for you as a holder of our membership for our assistance with any additional skills assessment we believe you may have reasonable chances of success for. If we believe you do not have reasonable chances of success for a skills assessment, you may be required to pay an additional fee for this individual service as outlined on our website or as informed to you by us.

Real Resume Review

This benefit will entitle you to receiving our assistance with the review of your resume if your resume is required for your skills assessment process. We will provide you with a list of guidelines you need to follow to prepare your resume. We will provide you with an approved list of occupational duties for your occupation (if applicable) to help you write and format your resume. We will review this resume once as part of this benefit as a check to see if it may be suitable to attach with your skills assessment application.

Job Duties Review

This benefit will entitle you to receiving our assistance with review of your current work contract or work offer or any new work offers you receive while you are a member for jobs that are closely related to your occupation as determined by us during your PR pathway sessions for use towards your PR process.

Visa Invitation Mastery

This benefit will entitle you to receiving our assistance with the filing of any Skilled Permanent Residency visa invitation requests (known as Expression of Interests or EOIs) and to check all your information that will submitted in these EOIs is accurate. You will be entitled to receiving assistance with as many EOIs as you are eligible for as determined by us.

State Invitation Mastery

This benefit will entitle you to receiving our assistance with the filing of any Skilled Permanent Residency visa invitation requests (known as Expression of Interests or EOIs) for which any state or territory in Australia has invited you for and to check all your information that will submitted in these Australian state or territory based invitations is accurate. You will be entitled to receiving assistance with as many Australian state or territory based invitations as you are eligible for as determined by us.

Visa Document Verification

This benefit entitles you to not pay our standard $88 fee per document to put it through our internal verification process to verify if your documents are original. We will put all of your documents through our internal verification process, up to 100 per visa application process.

Visa Reply Submission

If after we have assisted you with a Visa Application you are asked by the Department of Home Affairs to provide further information under Section 56 of the Migration Act 1958, we will work with you to create a reply we believe is adequate to address the department’s concerns at no additional cost to you as a member.

Bridging Visa Travel

This benefit entitles you to receive our assistance with any Bridging Visa B application in relation to any visa application we have submitted for you as our member. We will provide you with a list of documents or reasons we require from you as part of this application process.

PR Visa Application Assistance

Subject to you having and continuously maintaining an active membership, this benefit entitles you to receive our assistance with one Skilled Visa application (subclass 189, subclass 190, or subclass 491) for a 50% discount from our standard rate for assistance with a visa application (our standard rate is currently $6594 for a single applicant). Our standard rate will not increase for the first 12-month period of your membership and may be subject to increase without notice after your initial 12-month membership period has been completed. You will also receive a 100% money back guarantee with our assistance if your visa is not granted and we will keep your visa assistance fee of $3297 in our Clients’ account until the department has made a decision on your visa application (subject to you having and continuously maintaining an active membership). This is subject to the conditions that we will determine your eligibility during our PR pathway sessions, and you will need to follow our exact guidelines throughout the PR process, and you will need to keep us updated and informed about any changes to your circumstances, and you will need to be honest and truthful about any information or documents you provide us, and you will need to provide us with any documents or information when we request it, and you need to follow our instructions exactly as they have been provided to you, and you will need to sit any English test we specify in the time we specify and achieve the score we ask you to, and you yourself do not want to withdraw the visa application we will assist you with, and you do not take any steps with your Australian visa migration process or PR process without our authorisation, and if you have a partner you must have told us about your partner (you must be in a genuine relationship) and any family members and you must have remained with your partner for the duration of the entire PR process until the department has made a decision on your visa application. If you have had visa any visa refusals before, either for Australia or any other country, or if you have any character issues as determined by us, or as determined under the Migration Act 1958, you will not be entitled to this money back guarantee. To get the price of $3297, you are receiving a 50% member discount as part of this membership to reduce our normal visa application assistance fee from $6954 to $3297. You will not be entitled to this 100% money back guarantee if you are adding a partner or any family members to your visa application unless determined by us.

Family PR fast-track (gathering of partner and family proofs)

If you have a partner (either de facto or spouse), or children, we will work with you to help you gather proofs of relationship, including providing you with a checklist of required proofs for your personal situation, after we have determined if your partner or children can be eligible to be added to your PR process. If you are eligible, we will provide you with a guideline on how to write a relationship statement, and provide you with a list of any additional information and proofs you need to provide to help us with your visa application process.

This benefit also entitles your eligible immediate family members (as determined by us) to receive our assistance with the same Skilled Visa application (subclass 189, subclass 190, or subclass 491) that you are eligible for for a 50% discount from our standard rate for assistance with your visa application (our standard rate is currently $2394 for a single additional applicant to your visa application process). Our standard rate will not increase for the first 12-month period of your membership and may be subject to increase without notice after your initial 12-month membership period has been completed. You and your family members (referred to as you for the terms and conditions for family PR fast-track) will need to follow our exact guidelines throughout the PR process, and you will need to keep us updated and informed about any changes to your circumstances, and you will need to be honest and truthful about any information or documents you provide us, and you will need to provide us with any documents or information when we request it, and you need to follow our instructions exactly as they have been provided to you, and you will need to sit any English test we specify in the time we specify and achieve the score we ask you to, and you will not take any steps with your Australian visa migration process or PR process without our authorisation. You must have told us about your partner (you must be in a genuine relationship) and any family members and you must have remained with your partner for the duration of the entire PR process until the department has made a decision on your visa application. If you have had visa any visa refusals before, either for Australia or any other country, or if you have any character issues as determined by us, or as determined under the Migration Act 1958, you may not be eligible to apply for a skilled PR visa application. To get the price of $1197, you are receiving a 50% member discount as part of this membership to reduce our normal visa application assistance fee from $2394 to $1197 for each eligible member of your family. Your partner or family members are not eligible for our 100% money back guarantee for any visa application process.

Temporary Graduate Visa Assistance (485 visa)

Subject to you having and continuously maintaining an active membership, this benefit entitles you to receive our assistance with one Temporary Graduate Visa application (subclass 485) for a 50% discount from our standard rate for assistance with a visa application (our standard rate is currently $1994 for a single applicant). Our standard rate will not increase for the first 12-month period of your membership and may be subject to increase without notice after your initial 12-month membership period has been completed. You will also receive a 100% money back guarantee with our assistance if your visa is not granted and we will keep your visa assistance fee of $997 for in our Clients’ account until the department has made a decision on your visa application (subject to you having and continuously maintaining an active membership). This is subject to the conditions that we will determine your eligibility during our PR pathway sessions, and you will need to follow our exact guidelines throughout the PR process or visa process, and you will need to keep us updated and informed about any changes to your circumstances, and you will need to be honest and truthful about any information or documents you provide us, and you will need to provide us with any documents or information when we request it, and you need to follow our instructions exactly as they have been provided to you, and you will need to sit any English test we specify in the time we specify and achieve the score we ask you to, and you yourself do not want to withdraw the visa application we will assist you with, and you do not take any steps with your Australian visa migration process or PR process without our authorisation, and if you have a partner you must have told us about your partner (you must be in a genuine relationship) and any family members and you must have remained with your partner for the duration of the entire PR process until the department has made a decision on your visa application. If you have had visa any visa refusals before, either for Australia or any other country, or if you have any character issues as determined by us, or as determined under the Migration Act 1958, you will not be entitled to this money back guarantee. To get the price of $997, you are receiving a 50% member discount as part of this membership to reduce our normal visa application assistance fee from $1994 to $997. You will not be entitled to this 100% money back guarantee if you are adding a partner or any family members to your visa application unless determined by us. The 50% member discount applies to all of your eligible family members that you are adding to your temporary graduate visa (subclass 485) visa application on our current fee of $1994 for each applicant for this visa application.

Australian Citizenship Review

As a member, if we have helped you with your Australian Skilled Visa application and this application has been granted by the Australian Department of Home Affairs, and you have met the criteria to apply for Australian citizenship, we will provide you with a list of items you need to consider to fill out your Australian Citizenship Application and we will provide you with one review of your Australian Citizenship application to check it meets our requirements. You will be required to prepare and submit your own Australian Citizenship application. We will only be providing a review of your application, and this benefit is only valid until your membership is active.
