Terms and Conditions
Please review the following terms and conditions for our services
Last updated: 18th October, 2025
1. Purpose & Authority
1.1 This Agreement records the terms on which the Agent will provide services to the Client in relation to Australian migration matters and related support services.
1.2 The Client authorises Rocket Visa’s registered migration agents to act on their behalf in relation to skills assessments, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), state/territory nomination, Skilled and Graduate visas, and related correspondence with the Department and other authorities.
1.3 Additional applicants (partner/dependants). At the Client’s request, Rocket Visa may provide services under this Agreement for the Client’s spouse/de facto partner and/or dependent family members now or in the future (for example, as secondary applicants on a visa). Each adult additional applicant must indicate consent to this Agreement and to the Website Terms and Privacy & Cookie Policy (via signature or website/portal acceptance). The Client warrants they have authority to act for any minor dependents. Fees for adding family members (see clause 3.2) and applicable disbursements apply.
Separate membership for second adult: Where an adult partner requires substantive individual assistance (e.g., their own skills assessment, EOI, or state/territory nomination as a potential primary applicant), they must either: (a) hold their own membership of the relevant tier; or (b) the primary Client must add a Family Add-On to their plan (see clause 3.1) that extends membership inclusions to one additional adult on the same file. (Professional application fees under clause 3.2 remain per applicant.)
Duty to notify within 21 days. If, at the start of membership, the Client has a spouse/de facto partner or dependent(s), the Client must notify Rocket Visa within 21 days of the membership start. If the Client marries, enters a de facto relationship, or has/deems a new dependent during the membership term, the Client must notify Rocket Visa within 21 days of that change.

Unless expressly stated, such services and costs are outside the scope of this Agreement.
2.3 Beta & Feature Disclaimers
· Migration data is estimated or based on closely related occupations where official data is not available.
· Rocket Visa’s PR tool is in beta; minor inaccuracies may occur.
· Features may change; new products/add-ons may be introduced.
2.4 Service Delivery Timelines
· Rocket Visa will use reasonable efforts to deliver services within indicative timeframes.
· Skills assessment applications, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and state/territory nomination applications will be prepared and lodged within 30 days of the Client providing all required documents and information, unless a shorter timeframe is imposed by the relevant authority.
· Where a statutory deadline applies (for example: Department of Home Affairs’ 60-day invitation window, response deadlines for section 56 Requests for Information, or state/skills assessment authority deadlines), Rocket Visa will aim to lodge or respond within that timeframe, provided the Client has supplied the required documents and approvals in time.
· Departmental processing times, state/territory nomination assessment times, and skills assessing authority timelines are outside Rocket Visa’s control and are not guaranteed. For services involving third-party authorities (such as skills assessing authorities, state/territory governments, or the Department of Home Affairs), Rocket Visa will advise the Client of relevant deadlines or expected timeframes at the time the service is taken up under the membership.
· Membership services and digital features (such as tools, dashboards, and community access) are generally activated within 24–48 hours, but may take up to 7 days while required checks are completed.
3. Fees, Billing & GST
3.1 Membership/Admin Fees
· PR Starter: Monthly $29 (no refunds); Yearly $261 (12 months, no refunds).
· PR Pathway: Monthly $129 (12-month minimum $1,548; monthly rollover until visa decision, no refunds). Yearly $1,161 (12-month minimum; yearly rollover until visa decision, no refunds).
· Family Add-On (optional): To extend membership inclusions to one additional adult (e.g., a spouse/de facto partner) on the same client file, the Client may purchase a Family Add-On at the then-current monthly price (displayed at checkout/portal). The Family Add-On covers that second adult’s access to membership inclusions (e.g., their own skills assessment assistance, EOI, or state nomination tasks), subject to the same scope, exclusions, and limits as the primary plan. The Family Add-On renews and terminates co-terminously with the primary plan and is separate from professional application fees under clause 3.2. (If the Family Add-On is not taken, a second adult who needs substantive individual assistance must hold their own membership.)
o Indicative price range for Family Add-On (subject to change): Additional AUD $50–$80/month. The current price will be shown at checkout/portal.
· Late disclosure & back-billing (Family Add-On): If the Client fails to notify Rocket Visa within 21 days under clause 1.3, and the additional adult/dependent requires membership inclusions, Rocket Visa may require the Family Add-On (or a separate membership for that adult) to be back-billed from the earlier of: (a) the date the change occurred; or (b) 21 days after the membership start date (for pre-existing partners/dependents), calculated pro-rata for each commenced month. A AUD $100 administration fee may be charged to reconcile the account. Access to inclusions for the additional adult/dependent may be paused until any back-billing and the administration fee are paid. (Professional application fees under clause 3.2 remain per applicant.). Rocket Visa may waive or reduce back-billing/admin fees in compassionate or hardship circumstances.
· Yearly → Monthly switch after first 12 months: After completing the initial 12-month term of a yearly plan, the Client may elect to switch to monthly billing for the same tier at the then-current monthly price. The switch takes effect from the next renewal date; no pro-rata refunds apply for any unused portion of the current yearly term. The Client must make this change on the website/portal at least 3 days’ before renewal to enable the switch.
· No pro-rata on decision mid-cycle: After the minimum term, if a visa decision (grant, refusal, withdrawal, or closure by the authority) occurs during any paid billing period (monthly or yearly), the membership will remain active until the end of that paid period and no pro-rata refund applies.
3.2 Professional Application Fees
- PR skilled visa application (primary applicant):
- Standard Fee: $6,594 per primary applicant
- Member-Discounted Fee: $3,297 per primary applicant (available only while a PR Pathway membership is active at the time of invitation and maintained through to visa decision; see clause 3.3)
- When due: Payable in full within 3 days after the skilled visa invitation.
- This is the professional fee for preparation, review, and lodgement of the Skilled Visa application.
- It is separate to membership fees and applies even if the Client holds a PR Pathway Membership.
- Payable in full in advance, and deemed earned progressively in five staged milestones (see “Milestone Breakdown” below).
- Addition of eligible family member(s) to skilled visa application:
- Standard Fee: $2,394 each additional applicant
- Member-Discounted Fee: $1,197 per primary applicant (available only while a PR Pathway membership is active at the time of invitation and maintained through to visa decision; see clause 3.3)
- When due: Payable in full within 3 days after the Client’s skilled visa invitation.
- This is the professional fee for the inclusion of each additional eligible family member on the Client’s Skilled Visa application.
- Covers preparation, review, and lodgement of the family member’s inclusion.
- Separate to membership fees.
- Payable using the same milestone structure, proportionally applied to each family member inclusion (e.g., each stage deemed earned at the same percentage rate of the total fee, see “Milestone Breakdown” below).
- Subclass 485 visa application:
- Standard Fee: $1,994
- Member-Discounted Fee: $997–$1,495 (depending on membership tier and eligibility; see clause 3.3)
- When due: Payable in full within 3 days after the Client confirms to proceed.
- This is the professional fee for preparation, review, and lodgement of a Subclass 485 visa application.
- It is separate to membership fees and applies if required by the Client.
- Payable using the same milestone structure, proportionally applied (e.g., each stage deemed earned at the same percentage rate of the total fee, see “Milestone Breakdown” below).
Milestone Breakdown for fees deemed earned (all visa applications):
- Stage 1 - 30% – upon Rocket Visa sending the first email/member portal notification to the Client requesting documents and outlining requirements.
- Stage 2 - 30% – upon delivery of first draft of application or supporting submission for Client review.
- Stage 3 - 20% – upon providing the second draft or revised draft incorporating any applicable Client feedback.
- Stage 4 - 10% – upon delivery of the near-final application for Client confirmation, with all supporting evidence reviewed.
- Stage 5 - 10% – upon the Client’s written or electronic approval of the final application. This approval confirms the final milestone is deemed earned.
At each stage, the proportion of the professional fee listed above is deemed earned, regardless of whether the Client later withdraws.
Refunds (where applicable) are subject to Clause 7, including retention of merchant processing, transfer fees, and applicable administration fees.
Failure to progress due to Client delays: If progression to a later stage is prevented because the Client fails to provide required documents, information, or approvals in a timely manner, Rocket Visa is entitled to retain all fees already earned up to the last completed milestone. The Client remains liable for those milestone fees even if the application is not ultimately lodged. Rocket Visa’s obligation to progress further stages is suspended (without liability) until the Client provides the outstanding documents, information, or approvals requested by Rocket Visa within the timeframes or deadlines communicated by Rocket Visa, or as required by the Department of Home Affairs, a state/territory authority, or a skills assessing authority.
The Client acknowledges that failure to provide requested documents or approvals in time may prevent lodgement within statutory deadlines, and Rocket Visa is not responsible for missed opportunities arising from such delay.
3.3 Membership Conditions
· If membership lapses, discounted professional fees no longer apply. The Client must either pay full fees or reinstate membership and maintain it until visa decision.
· If the Client receives an invitation for a Skilled Visa (subclasses 189, 190, 491) or Subclass 485 visa arising from services provided by Rocket Visa, they agree to engage Rocket Visa for the visa application. Discounted fees apply only if membership is active; if lapsed, full standard fees apply unless reinstated.
· Active membership = discounted pricing: Member-Discounted Fees in §3.2 apply only while the Client’s relevant membership is active at the time the work becomes payable (e.g., at invitation for Skilled Visa) and is maintained through to visa decision. If the membership has lapsed, been cancelled, or is in arrears at that time, Standard Fees in §3.2 apply unless the Client first reinstates membership at the then-current price.
3.4 Timing of Professional Application Fees
· Visa application stage professional fees are due in full within 3 days of skilled visa invitation. Invitations generally expire in 60 days. Failure to pay within 3 days may prevent timely lodgement within DoHA’s 60-day deadline.
· Visa application stage professional fees are due in full within 3 days of Client’s confirming to proceed with the subclass 485 visa application.
3.5 GST
· All Rocket Visa fees are inclusive of GST where applicable, charged in accordance with Australian law.
3.6 Credit and Debit Card Surcharges
- Rocket Visa service fees (excluding membership fees) attract a 2.25% surcharge as standard.
- Where Rocket Visa uses Stripe as its payment provider, surcharges apply as follows:
- Australian-issued domestic cards: approximately 1.73% + 30c per transaction
- Internationally-issued cards: approximately 3.63% + 30c per transaction
- Stripe-hosted portal platform fee (only if applicable). For payments made via Rocket Visa’s Stripe-hosted billing portal, a platform/automation fee of up to 1.21% (covering Stripe Billing/Tax services where used) may apply, in addition to any card processing surcharge. This fee does not apply to direct bank transfers where this option is offered.
- Surcharges may change if our payment provider’s fees change. The applicable surcharge will be clearly displayed at checkout or on the invoice at the time of payment.
- No surcharge applies for direct bank transfer to Rocket Visa’s nominated account (where this option is offered).
- Third-party surcharges (including but not limited to the Department of Home Affairs, skills assessing authorities, and other relevant bodies) are separate from Rocket Visa’s fees. These surcharges are determined by the third party and will be disclosed by the relevant authority at the time of payment.
- Disbursement payments made to Rocket Visa by card. If you fund disbursement amounts (e.g., visa application charge, skills assessing or state nomination fees) to Rocket Visa by card for onward payment to a third party, a card processing surcharge equal to our cost of acceptance will apply to the card-funded deposit (see indicative rates above). Our surcharge is calculated on the total deposit amount we process by card (i.e., the disbursement amount plus any third-party card surcharge that the payee requires, if applicable). Any third-party card surcharge is passed through in full as part of the disbursement. No Rocket Visa surcharge applies to bank transfer where that option is offered; however, any third-party surcharge still applies if the third party requires it.
- Disbursements paid by you directly. If you pay a third party directly, any card surcharge is set and charged by that third party (not Rocket Visa) and may differ.
3.7 Invoices & Statements of Services
· Itemised invoices will be issued. Services bundled into membership will appear as “included ($0)” on the Statement of Services.
4. Fixed Fees & Renewals
· Membership/admin fees are fixed per billing period.
· Renewals may increase by up to 10% annually (Schedule 1).
· Clients may cancel before renewal if they do not accept the next fee.
· Cancellations must occur more than 2 days before renewal; cancellation functions lock 2 days prior.
· After the first 12 months of a yearly plan, Clients may switch to monthly billing at the then-current monthly rate from the next renewal (see clause 3.1). No pro-rata refunds apply to the remainder of the current yearly term.
· End of service trigger (no pro-rata): Memberships continue until a visa decision is made. If a visa decision occurs during a paid billing period, access continues to the period’s end and no pro-rata refund is provided for any unused time. (This applies to renewals beyond the minimum term.)
5. Disbursements
· Disbursements include but are not limited to: Department visa fees, state nomination fees, skills assessment fees, medicals, English tests, AFP and overseas police checks, biometrics, document verification, certification, translations, identity verification (if required), and Rocket Visa document verification fee ($88 per document, included for PR Pathway membership).
· Disbursement costs may increase as dictated by the relevant third-party provider.
· Updated disbursement costs will be notified via portal/email and automatically form part of this Agreement without formal variation.
· Clients may pay disbursements directly or via Rocket Visa’s Clients’ Account.
· How disbursements are paid: Where Rocket Visa pays a disbursement on your behalf, you must first deposit the required amount into Rocket Visa’s Clients’ Account. If you choose to fund that deposit by card, a card processing surcharge equal to our cost of acceptance will apply to the disbursement amount (see clause 3.6). If the third party requires card payment or imposes a card surcharge, that third-party surcharge will also be added and passed through in full as part of the disbursement. If you pay the third party directly, any card surcharge is determined and charged by that provider.
· We will notify you of applicable third-party fees and obtain your written/electronic approval before we pay them on your behalf, unless a statutory deadline requires payment sooner and you have given prior written/electronic authority to proceed.
· Disbursements paid to third parties are generally non-refundable once paid, even if your matter changes, because those monies are not retained by Rocket Visa. Any refund is subject to the third party’s own policies and processing times. If a refund is received, we will pass it through to you less any third-party deductions, exchange losses, or bank/merchant transfer costs.
6. Payment Terms & Clients’ Account
· All funds received are deposited into Rocket Visa’s Clients’ Account.
· Funds may be drawn for invoiced fees, disbursements, or refunds.
· Direct debit authority applies for memberships.
· You authorise Rocket Visa to hold funds in the Clients’ Account and draw down for disbursements and invoiced fees in accordance with this Agreement.
7. Refund Policy
· No refunds for current billing periods once services are delivered.
· PR Starter Membership: no refunds
· PR Pathway Membership: no refunds.
· Yearly memberships: no refunds.
· Membership/admin fees are deemed earned immediately upon successful payment and activation of the Client’s account, at which time membership inclusions are made available. This applies regardless of whether individual inclusions are subsequently used.
· No pro-rata refunds or early termination during minimum term: If a visa decision occurs during an already-paid monthly or yearly period, no pro-rata refund of membership/admin fees is available. If you are within the first 12-month minimum term, the remaining minimum-term fees remain payable, and access continues until the end of each paid billing period within that term. After the minimum term, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, and cancellation (if requested) will take effect at the next renewal.
· Application fees:
o Milestone fees already earned under Clause 3.2 are strictly non-refundable.
o Professional fees are deemed earned progressively upon completion of each milestone as described in Clause 3.2.
o If a service has not yet reached the next milestone, and Rocket Visa has not commenced substantive work towards that milestone, Rocket Visa may provide a refund of the unearned portion.
o Where Rocket Visa has commenced substantive work but the milestone is incomplete, Rocket Visa may calculate a fair and reasonable refund of any unearned portion based on the proportion of work not yet completed. The method of calculation may be determined at Rocket Visa’s discretion, including by reference to its internal records or progress tracking systems.
o No refunds apply where services cannot proceed due to the Client’s failure to provide required documents, information, or approvals in time to meet statutory or practical deadlines.
· Refund administration fee: Any approved refund will be processed less merchant processing costs (including Stripe/Square card fees), any platform fees, any applicable international money transfer fees (for refunds to overseas accounts), and an administration fee of AUD $100 per approved refund request to cover reconciliation and processing.
· Upgrade credits: applied for mid-cycle upgrades; discretionary refunds possible.
· Refunds will be processed within 14 days where approved.
· Where a refund is approved or services are not completed, the Client acknowledges that any draft applications, submissions, or supporting materials provided remain incomplete and are the intellectual property of Rocket Visa until lodgement. The Client must not use such incomplete materials for self-lodgement or submission to any authority. Rocket Visa accepts no responsibility or liability for outcomes where the Client lodges applications using incomplete or refunded work.
· This does not affect statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Client Warranties
8.1 Client Responsibilities
Client warrants to:
· Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. Clients must not provide false or misleading information or documents; doing so is grounds for termination without refund.
· Inform Rocket Visa of changes to visa status, personal details, employment, residential address (ideally 14 days before move, otherwise within 3 days of change).
· Notify the Department directly of changes required under visa conditions.
· Notify Rocket Visa within 21 days if, at the start of membership, the Client has a spouse/de facto partner or dependents, or if any such relationship/dependency arises later during the membership. The Client acknowledges that late disclosure may result in back-billing of any applicable Family Add-On (or separate membership) pro-rata for each commenced month, plus a AUD $100 administration fee as set out in clause 3.1.
· Provide requested documents/tests (e.g., English, health, police checks) within 7 days or as otherwise agreed.
· Get documents certified, notarised, or verified if requested by Rocket Visa at the client’s own cost. Failure to comply is grounds for termination.
· Approve all applications before lodgement. Rocket Visa will provide drafts or summaries and will not lodge without written/electronic approval.
· Operate reasonably and not pressure Rocket Visa to lodge prematurely.
Failure to comply with this clause may result in termination without refund.
8.2 Client Acknowledgements
The Client acknowledges and accepts and waives all liability for the following:
· Visa invitations, skills assessment outcomes, state/territory nomination approvals, and visa outcomes are determined entirely by third-party authorities. Any timelines, probabilities, or estimates provided by Rocket Visa are indicative only and cannot be guaranteed.
· Visa outcomes are not guaranteed.
· Applications may be refused.
· Timeframes are estimates only.
· Rocket Visa will not assist with futile or vexatious applications.
· If a client withdraws after receiving a skilled visa invitation, no refunds of fees already paid.
· Client’s failure to disclose or providing false documents does not relieve fee obligations.
· Some membership services and features may take up to **7 days** to unlock. Any shorter timeframe displayed on the website (such as 24–48 hours) is indicative only.
· Membership/admin fees are deemed earned immediately upon successful payment and activation of the Client’s account, at which time membership inclusions are made available. This applies regardless of whether individual inclusions are subsequently used.
9. Communication Standards
· Rocket Visa will respond to client queries within 2–3 business days, or longer if research is required.
· Department/State/third-party requests will be responded to within required deadlines.
· Rocket Visa will take reasonable time to ensure quality responses. Clients acknowledge they must not pressure Rocket Visa to submit premature lodgements.
10. Termination
· Rocket Visa may terminate immediately if:
o Client provides false or misleading information/documents.
o Client fails to provide documents/tests within reasonable time.
o Client requests futile or vexatious applications.
o Client provides uncertified or invalid documents where certification was required or requested.
o Competitors use services against website terms & conditions, or for reverse engineering, scraping, or similar misuse (per Website Terms of Use). In such cases, the contract will be terminated without refunds and enforcement measures (including injunctions and any litigation) will be undertaken.
· No refunds are payable in such cases.
· Client termination-timing: The Client may terminate membership at the end of a billing cycle, subject to any minimum term in clause 3.1. Termination must be given in writing via the portal or email and takes effect only upon Rocket Visa’s written or electronic confirmation subject to meeting the minimum termination notice period in clause 4.
· Effect on active matters: Termination of membership does not cancel any professional application engagement already accepted under clause 3.2.
o Discount dependency: Discounts on professional fees are contingent on an active membership (see §3.3). If the Client terminates or allows membership to lapse before lodgement, the discount is withdrawn for any remaining unearned portion, and the Standard Professional Fee (see Schedule 3) applies to those remaining stages unless the Client reinstates membership.
o Milestones & refunds: Milestone fees already earned under clause 3.2 remain payable. Any refund considerations are governed by clause 7 only.
· Work pause & risk: If membership is terminated or lapses during an active application (pre-lodgement), Rocket Visa may pause further work pending either (i) membership reinstatement or (ii) payment of the differential up to the Standard Professional Fee for the remaining unearned portion. The Client is responsible for any timing consequences or missed deadlines arising from termination.
· No refunds on termination by Client: Termination by the Client does not entitle the Client to a refund of membership/admin fees for the current billing period (see clause 7).
11. Variations & Upgrades
· No mid-period fee changes except exceptional circumstances.
· Rocket Visa may require clients upgrading memberships to accept new terms where scope/fees materially change.
· Any change in these Terms and Conditions will be communicated to Clients via email and/or portal notification with reasons. Clients will be required to accept updated terms for continued use of services, in compliance with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct.
· If the Client does not accept, existing terms continue until the end of the current billing period, after which the Client may cancel before renewal.
· Pre-disclosed renewal pricing in Schedule 1 is not a variation and may be applied at renewal without further consent.
12. Promotions, Add-ons & Third-Party Tools
· Rocket Visa may introduce additional tools/features, included in or charged separately.
· Temporary promotions or referral benefits may be offered.
o For non-migration related referrals (e.g. consumer products, transport, unrelated courses), Rocket Visa may receive a commission or benefit. This will not affect the price you pay.
o For referrals related to migration assistance (e.g. visa-related health insurance, courses linked to eligibility, or services by partner agents), Rocket Visa will disclose to the Client the exact commission or benefit (amount or percentage) received at the time of referral, in compliance with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct.
· Rocket Visa uses third-party providers (servers, hosting, payments, communications, AI tools, etc.). Clients agree that reasonable disclosure of information to such providers is required to provide our services.
13. Confidentiality & Privacy
· Rocket Visa maintains confidentiality except where disclosure is required to authorities or necessary third parties to deliver services.
· Use of website, tools, and community platforms is subject to Website Terms of Use and Privacy & Cookie Policy.
14. Jurisdiction & Force Majeure
· This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
· Rocket Visa is not liable for failure to perform due to force majeure events beyond its reasonable control (including pandemics, natural disasters, industrial action, or system/network outages).
15. Cross-References
· Use of Rocket Visa’s website, apps, subdomains and digital services is also subject to the Website Terms of Use and the Privacy & Cookie Policy, as updated from time to time.
· These documents apply in addition to this Agreement. In the event of inconsistency, this Agreement governs migration services, while the Website Terms and Privacy Policy govern online service use and data handling.
16. Execution
· Rocket Visa signs electronically with preloaded agent signature.
· Clients may accept this Agreement electronically by checking the acceptance box provided online, which constitutes a valid signature.
· This Agreement takes effect upon such acceptance.
17. Limitation of Liability
· To the maximum extent permitted by law:
o Rocket Visa excludes all warranties and guarantees not expressly stated in this Agreement or required by law.
o Rocket Visa’s liability for any breach of statutory guarantee or other obligation is limited, at Rocket Visa’s option, to the re-supply of the services or payment of the cost of having the services re-supplied.
o In any event, Rocket Visa’s liability to the Client is capped at the lower of the total fees paid in the preceding 6 months before the event giving rise to the claim or AUD $100.
o Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, dishonesty, wilful misconduct, or obligations that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
18. Publicity & Marketing
· The Client grants Rocket Visa a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use their first name, image, video & audio (if a video testimony is provided), and successful outcomes (including but not limited to skills assessment results, visa grants, state nomination approvals, or other positive outcomes achieved with Rocket Visa’s assistance) for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.
· Such use may include but is not limited to:
o Real-time notifications and pop-ups displayed on Rocket Visa’s website, apps, or digital services (e.g., “First name checked their PR results and has excellent chances” or “First name signed up to the Rocket Visa membership”).
o Testimonials, case studies, and success stories published on Rocket Visa’s website, apps, social media, or marketing materials.
o Presentations, workshops, and promotional campaigns.
· Rocket Visa will not disclose sensitive personal information (e.g., date of birth, address, financial details) without separate written consent. Visa subclass numbers and positive outcomes may be used for marketing purposes, including screenshots of positive outcomes with any personal information redacted (other than the Client’s first name).
· Clients who do not wish to participate in marketing or publicity activities must notify Rocket Visa by emailing membership@rocketvisa.com.au before signing this Agreement.
19. Use of Technology & AI-Assisted Services
19.1 Improvement and training
As described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy, Rocket Visa may use de-identified, pseudonymised or aggregated information to improve services and train AI or other tools, and will take reasonable steps to do so where reasonably practicable. Instant answers and drafting during service delivery may involve processing of personal information to generate outputs.
19.2 Limitations
AI and automated tools may produce errors or omissions, and timeframes/estimates are indicative only. The Client remains responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information they provide. Rocket Visa is not liable for delays or impacts arising from third-party platform outages beyond its reasonable control.
19.2A Disclaimer:
AI-assisted answers (such as chatbot outputs or instant suggestions) are generated using automated tools. They may not be 100% accurate, complete, or tailored to your specific circumstances. You should use your own judgement and seek confirmation from a Registered Migration Agent before relying on such outputs for any decision related to your visa or migration matter.
19.3 Communication channels
The Client consents to Rocket Visa delivering information and updates (including AI-assisted) via the client portal, email, SMS, WhatsApp or other supported channels, consistent with the Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Clients are responsible for checking current fees and arranging bookings. Where Rocket Visa can pay a disbursement on your behalf (e.g., visa application charges, skills assessments, state nomination fees), you must first pre-fund the amount to Rocket Visa’s Clients’ Account, after which we will make payment as your agent. If this facility is not available, you must pay the third party directly.

If you are a paying client, these Terms apply alongside the Migration Services & Fees Agreement. In case of inconsistency, that agreement governs migration services, while these Terms govern site/app use.
2. Personal, Non‑Commercial Use
· The Services are licensed to you for personal, non‑commercial use for your own occupation/PR assessment.
· Account sharing is not permitted. One account = one individual.
· You must not share paid content, tools, or data with any competitor, migration agent/lawyer, education agent, institution, or business (whether via personal or work profiles).
· Competitors (migration agents, migration lawyers, education agents/consultants, or related businesses, in Australia or overseas) may not use Services without Rocket Visa’s prior written consent.
· Educational institutions or potential partners must not use the Services and must contact Rocket Visa for written approval before accessing or using them.
· Breach may result in suspension or termination, access restrictions (including IP blocking), and loss of fees.
3. Community Conduct
· No promotion of competitors or third‑party products/services without Rocket Visa’s written consent.
· Do not provide immigration assistance or advice to others in community areas. This is restricted under the Migration Act to registered or exempt persons, and further restricted to authorised agents of Rocket Visa only.
· We may moderate, remove content, and suspend/terminate users for breaches without refund.
4. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
· All site/app content, data, tools, code, and materials are owned by Rocket Visa or its licensors.
· Limited licence: view/use for your personal PR assessment only.
· You may share private screenshots of your own results with friends (personal use), but not with businesses, agents, or competitors.
· You must not copy, scrape, harvest, data‑mine, mirror, frame, reverse engineer, or build competing services from the Services.
5. Disclaimers & Service Delivery
· Content (including timelines, invitation estimates, and tool outputs) is informational only and not legal advice unless provided under a signed Migration Services & Fees Agreement.
· Rocket Visa’s PR tool is in beta; minor inaccuracies may occur.
· Unlock timelines: After payment, some membership services/features may take time to unlock. We aim for 24–48 hours, but delivery may take up to 7 days while we complete required checks. Any shorter timeframe displayed on the website is indicative only.
· We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for outages beyond our control.
5A. Use of AI and Automated Tools
· Rocket Visa uses software and AI-assisted tools (including large language models, OCR, analytics, and workflow automation) to help deliver features such as PR invitation chance estimates, instant answers, and other content displayed on the website or apps.
· AI outputs are informational only and may contain errors or omissions. They do not constitute legal advice. Legal advice is only provided under a signed Migration Services & Fees Agreement and approved by a Registered Migration Agent.
· Disclaimer: AI-assisted answers (such as chatbot outputs or instant suggestions) are generated using automated tools. They may not be 100% accurate, complete, or tailored to your specific circumstances. You should use your own judgement and seek confirmation from a Registered Migration Agent before relying on such outputs for any decision related to your visa or migration matter.
· By using the Services, you consent to Rocket Visa processing your personal information through its systems and trusted third-party providers (which may be located outside Australia) to generate such outputs, consistent with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
· Instant answers and drafting during service delivery may involve processing of your personal information to generate outputs. For longer-term improvement and training, Rocket Visa may use de-identified, pseudonymised, or aggregated information, and will take reasonable steps to do so where reasonably practicable.
· If you prefer not to receive AI-generated content, you may contact Rocket Visa. This may limit your ability to use certain Services.
· You consent to Rocket Visa delivering information and updates (including AI-assisted outputs) via supported channels, including the website, client portal, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other supported tools, in line with the Privacy & Cookie Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability (Website Use Only)
· To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Visa disclaims all warranties not expressly stated.
· For free users, Rocket Visa’s liability is limited to the minimum remedies required by law, and no monetary liability applies.
· For paid subscribers, Rocket Visa’s total liability is capped at the total subscription fees paid in the preceding 6 months.
· Rocket Visa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
· Client contract prevails: Clients under a Migration Services & Fees Agreement remain bound by these Website Terms for site use. For migration services, that Agreement governs, and prevails in case of inconsistency.
7. Termination & Enforcement
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access without refund if you:
· breach these Terms or licence restrictions;
· attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Services;
· share paid content or tools in breach of Section 2;
· misuse community features (Section 3).
We may apply technical measures (including IP blocking) and pursue other remedies.
8. Referrals, Shares & Promotions
· Share‑links allow you to share a paywalled results page; viewers are prompted to complete their own quiz. We may track such activity and associate new assessments or sign‑ups to your account.
· From time to time, we may run promotions or referral offers.
· We may receive commissions from third‑party referrals. For non‑migration‑related referrals, amounts may not be disclosed. For migration‑related referrals (e.g., health insurance or courses tied to eligibility), we will disclose the exact amount or percentage at or before referral, consistent with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct.
· If a new user signs up through your shared referral link, their account may be linked to yours for attribution, rewards, feature unlocks, or service integrity.

By using the Services, you agree that Rocket Visa will be using your first name and general activity or outcome information (e.g., “First name checked their PR results and has excellent chances” or “First name signed up to the Rocket Visa membership”) in real-time notifications, pop-ups, or promotional features within the website, app, or related digital services.
11. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
